Case Study: Improvement for gas pump interface

This case study discusses an in-depth solution to an important challenge every customer often deals with at the gas pumps across the U.S. (and potentially around the world). The solution consists of the interface design as well as the overall user experience throughout the fueling process.

This is a semester-long project for my Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) class at Iowa State University (part-time online). 

This is a group project with four members who come from different backgrounds: engineering, business, psychology and design.
